If you are considering abortion, this message is for YOU.

Your baby is fearfully and wonderfully made.

Your baby is a human being.

From the moment of fertilization, when the sperm penetrates the egg, a new human being is formed with DNA separate from yours. This new human is your son or daughter and possesses the same amount of value and humanity that you do.

All human beings are created in the image of God

You are not a monkey. Your value is greater than a sparrow or an ant. You are certainly not just “a clump of cells.”

The Bible says “In the beginning, God created…” BUT, everything in God’s creation does not have the same value.

God made mankind in His image (Gen. 1:26-27). The image of God is what sets men and women apart from the animals. It is why we have more value than fish or worms.

You are a human being who is created in the image of God … so is your baby.

Children are a gift of the Lord

The Bible says, “children are a gift of the Lord.”

You may have many reasons why you don’t believe your baby is a blessing. But the Bible says that the person developing in the womb is “fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Ps. 139). We aren’t accidents, we are carefully woven together by God.

AND that, “Children are a gift of the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward.” (Ps. 127:3).

God never lies. His Word is always true and trustworthy.

You may not think your baby is a gift right now, but God says your baby is a precious gift, and He is never wrong. Trust Him.

God says, “You shall not murder.”

God’s command is, “You shall not murder” (Ex. 20:13). The Bible says that “God hates the hands that shed innocent blood” (Prov. 6:16-17).

God declared that killing an innocent person is a crime that deserves the death penalty: “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image” (Gen. 9:6).

It is clear that shedding innocent blood, murder, is VERY serious in God’s eyes.

Do not murder your baby.

Abortion is Murder

Your baby is an innocent human being which means that killing your baby by abortion is murder. Morally, there is no difference between hiring an abortionist to kill your baby and hiring a hit man to kill your grandmother.

The gestational age of your son or daughter at the time of death, or the tools or pills chosen to do the job, do not make the killing okay.

And, Sister, I don’t say this lightly — even though the State won’t hold you accountable, Murder is what you will be guilty of in God’s eyes if you shed the innocent blood of your child today.

If you are pregnant, you are a mother already.

What kind of mother will you be to the child you are carrying?

Have mercy on your baby

This is your wake up call.

Many people won’t be straightforward with you about what you are doing. They will avoid telling you that abortion is the coldblooded, premeditated murder of your own son or daughter.

Maybe no one has talked to you about sin > guilt > judgment > repentance and > forgiveness the way the Bible does.

But Friend, you need to know that:

The God of the Bible is real and He cares about what you do today. He created the world and everything in it, including you and your baby. He is holy, righteous, and good. You are accountable to Him for your actions.

Abortion is sin, a serious one: murder.

If you abort your child you will be a lawbreaker in God’s eyes and guilty of the sin of murder. Your guilt will be real whether you feel guilty about it today or not.

The Bible says that, “The wages of sin, is death,” (Rom. 6:23) and warns us that, “It is appointed for men, once to die, and then comes the judgment” (Heb. 9:27).

Everyone will eventually die and stand before God for judgment. God will judge us based on His law which He gave us in the Bible, not on man made laws. God is a good Judge and He always judges righteously.

The Bible says: You shall not steal, you shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery (Ex. 20:13-15). And Jesus explained that if we even hate our brother in our heart we are guilty of the sin of murder or if we have lusted after anyone we have already committed adultery in our heart.

God’s standard is high, it is perfection, and we have all broken His commands. The Bible says, “there are none who are righteous, no not one” (Rom. 3:10) and that “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God,” (Rom. 3:23).

This means we are in trouble. We deserve God’s judgment.

And when God judges, the Bible says that He will send some away to eternal punishment and some to eternal life.

Do you know where you are going when you die or how you can be saved from God’s judgment?

Jesus said, “Unless you repent, you will all likewise perish,” (Luke 13:3).

Repentance means to turn away from your sin. Flee from your sin, reject and hate your sin.

But that’s not all…

It also means turning to Christ for mercy. You put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ to save you from the judgment your sin deserves.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God took on human flesh. He was fully God and fully human. He lived the sinless life that we failed to live. He never sinned once. He offered Himself up as a sacrifice for sin. He substituted Himself in the place of sinners when He was punished on the cross to receive the wrath of God against sin. He suffered and died. He was placed in the grave. Three days later He rose again from the dead, defeating death and sin. He accomplished salvation for those who believe by paying the penalty for their sin. And He ascended to Heaven where He is seated on His throne. The Savior Jesus Christ lives and He is powerful to save!

The Bible says, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31).

And, “if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Rom. 10:9).

That is how we are forgiven by God also.

God forgives those who repent of their sin and put their faith in Jesus Christ. God only accepts sinners because Christ paid their debt and took their penalty. Those who do not put their faith in Christ will not receive forgiveness and God will send them away to eternal punishment (Matt. 25:46).

The Bible says that, “In [Christ] we have … the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” (Eph. 1:7).

Repent of your sin, turn away from it TODAY, and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation, receive the forgiveness that is found in trusting Christ alone. That is God’s Message to you today.

Please DO NOT murder your baby.

DO NOT continue in your sin and get blood on your hands today.

Faithful are the wounds of a friend;
but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.”
